So you can make the most of your time, you can enjoy cleaning service once or twice a week (depending on the size of your apartment). You are only required to clean cooking utensils after use and take out the garbage daily to maintain order and harmony among all students. -

What happens if the washing machine breaks down or there is a water leak? You just have to contact us and we will send a technician to fix it, no worries. We handle small or large incidents that inevitably happen in the day. -

The rooms are equipped with a bed, closet, desk with a bass and a study chair. We provide two sets of sheets and towels and nordic duvet in winter.
Price and deposit
Deposit: one monthly payment
Recruitment costs: 200 euros (see in the section of partners if your university has special conditions)
The monthly fee consists of the rent + expenses and services. The sum of these two concepts is the total to pay each month, without surprises.

Probably, if you are an international student looking for accommodation in Barcelona, you have not heard of this area. The district of NouBarris is not a tourist area,it is quiet and neighborhood, in the north of Barcelona. In this district is the Parc de la Guineueta, a very popular park and frequented by its neighbors where many cultural activities are carried out. Despite not being in the center of Barcelona, it is a very well communicated area and you are only 15/20 minutes from the Passeig de Gracia with direct metro line. An option to take into account for students of the Mundet Campus, Valld'Hebron University Hospital or CETT, for its proximity.
