Takes note of the ingredients to try to cook the recipe for homemade tuna, egg and tomato dumplings, baked. (Ingredients for 12 patties):
• 12 wafers for dumplings
• 2 cans of natural tuna
• 1 onion
• 3 eggs
• 150 ml fried tomato
• 1 can of black olives
• Salt and oil
Recipe Preparation (Estimated Time: 30 minutes)
Select only two eggs, and introduce them in a small saucepan with plenty of water and a little salt; keep it on high heat and when it starts to boil, you must set the timer for 10 minutes to ensure proper cooking. Remove them and let them cool.
To prepare the filling of the empanadillas, julienne the onion as finest as you can and put it to saute in a pan, rather large, with salt and oil, on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the tuna, after draining it to the pan with the onion, and mix it for a couple of minutes.
Now cut the small black olives into small pieces and add them to the frying pan with the onion and the tuna.
Next, add the fried tomatoes and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
Finally, once the eggs have cooled, we cut them like the olives in very small pieces and we add them with all the ingredients to the pan.
Turn the oven on and preheat at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes; while the oven gets the right temperature, fill the wafers with the filling that you have prepared, using a tablespoon of filling for each. It is important to make sure the edges are closed, use a fork to seal them.
Using the oven tray or an additional container, place the pastry to bake, but do not forget to beat the egg that we have not used and paint them with a kitchen brush or a paper soaked to make them look golden and bright.
Bake for 10 minutes.
All you have to do is serve them and try this simple and traditional dish, and do not forget to invite your classmates to your student apartment in Barcelona.
Bon appetit!
