We know that Barcelona invites, and even more in summer, to spend much of the day in its streets and terraces tasting its wonderful cuisine, but those summer days are gone and now you have to regain your figure and return to the Mediterranean diet, therefore the recipe for this week is a light and healthy recipe for you, also will get used to hot spoon dishes for cooler days.

Cream of zucchini
You'll need (for 2): 1 zucchini, 1 leek, 1 potato, 2 or 3 cheeses, olive oil and salt.

The first thing you have to do is wash and chop the leeks, and in the same way, peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. In a flat saucepan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and put both to soften. Tip? Add a little pepper and cream of balsamic vinegar over once served, the touch is great! And if you want to give consistency, you can also put croutons, but it will take away lightly ... remember if you did some purpose after the excesses of the summer before adding them.
