Our student apartments house international students who choose our universities to complete or complete their higher education. We would like that some of these students from all over the world, once they finish their studies, will stay in Barcelona to develop their professional career, collaborating in making this city a reference in attracting talent.
Barcelona stands out for its reputable business schools, such as IESE, ESADE and EADA, where 90% of the students are foreigners. Do we know how many of them will stay in the city to develop their professional careers?
The Barcelona Global association, with the aim of retaining that talent in the city, has organized the "Barcelona MBA Day", since last September. It is a day in which 610 international students from more than 120 nationalities can learn about the great potential offered by the city of Barcelona to young professionals.
Around 20 buses toured the streets of Barcelona to show students from around the world, some emblematic places and companies with great international impact. Between the visits, the students of the main business schools of the city could know the Agbar tower, the headquarters of Amazon, Cooltra, Seat, Mango, buildings as emblematic as the Liceo or the Pasqual Maragall Foundation, among others.
From Barcelona Student Housing we want the initiative of the Barcelona Global Association to be a success and fulfill its objective of retaining the talent that the universities of the city attract.
For our part, we will continue to strive to contribute to the success of the stay of these students in Barcelona, offering accommodation for students that meets the expectations of such a demanding public.
