Our proposal is to leave your student flat on Saturday morning, we prepared a very full itinerary and it will not leave indifferent for these two days.
Although public transportation is more than adequate option, just for two days, the best choice for better mobility is a rental car; we found very interesting prices for two days: Hertz offers a Seat Panda for about 36 € the weekend.
The aim of this day will visit the Theatre-Museum Dali in Cadaques (it is important to make an appointment in advance), tour, after visiting the museum, around the streets of Cadaqués, find a terrace where you can eat and it would not very expensive and take advantage of its quiet beach to sleep "siesta" and spend the afternoon, once you have renewed energy, you take again the car to meet the town of Llançà, then you drive to “Cap de Creus”, a magical mirror full of quiet with design benches where the best option is enjoy the horizon, and finally you arrive to Roses, a small and different town full of canals; here you can find a hostel for 35-40 € to sleep. You can go out to dinner but if you find a room with terrace, you can save budget and make a homemade dinner overlooking the canals. Roses is a tourist-oriented town and the prices are usually high.
The plan on Sunday is driving and visit the following charming towns: Castello d'Empuries, Sant Pere Pescador, L'Escala, Palamós and Tossa de Mar, none of them will leave you indifferent, I think it is impossible to decide which you like best.
