How to start using the service?

• Online registration: Download the Smou app, register and access the User Area. Once inside, go to the "Services" section, click "activate" Bicing, choose your rate, enter your data and follow the steps indicated to make the online payment. In approximately 10 days you will receive the welcome pack to the service that includes your subscriber card at your home address. Once you have the card, access the Smou user area via the web again and activate it in the "Activate card" section within Bicing in the "services" section.
• Registration in person: The Citizen Service Point (c. Calabria, 66) will only carry out procedures in person with a prior appointment from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. You can reserve the day and time by calling 93 887 50 34 and choosing the "Prior Appointment" option. Once you have the card, access the Smou user area via the web again and activate it in the "My Bicing card" section within Bicing in the "services" section.
